Why Volunteer with LCYSBA? Your time is the biggest gift you can give these kids. When parents and community members step up, registration fees stay lower, fields look sharper, games run smoother, and – most importantly – every player gets more attention, more encouragement, and more fun. Volunteering doesn’t mean taking on a huge job; even one hour a month makes a real difference. You’ll watch your child (and their teammates) light up knowing Mom, Dad, or a favorite adult is part of the team. You’ll make new friends, learn the game better than ever, and create summer memories that last a lifetime. LCYSBA simply doesn’t happen without volunteers – and every single role matters. Thank you for considering it. These kids will never forget the adults who showed up for them.
