2023 Fall Ball Registration

Each year there are some players that want to continue playing ball for a few extra weeks. Practices are at coaches discretion, but with busy schedules and school it is not a rigorous practice schedule, if at all. Another benefit is that the players get to play at the rules they will play next Spring, giving them a heads up to any changes that they need to be ready for the following Spring/Summer season.

Below you will find some more details as well as a form to fill out so we can see IF we will be able to field our own team or IF you will need to do an individual registration. At this time of registration we WILL NOT collect any money from you, it is merely to gauge interest to determine our course of action. So PLEASE take a moment to register if you intend on playing, it is VERY important we know this information at an early date.

Softball Details

Season Dates: August 26 – October 8, 2023

Ages: 8u – High School

Games: 8U, 10U, 12U will play on Saturdays.  14U and High School will play on Sundays.

Location: All games will be in Rochester.

Deadline: 8/3

NOTE:  8U Only gets 1 game a day and plays the first five weeks, no tournament for 8U.

NOTE: The last weekend Oct 7/8 is a Single Elimination tournament.  Typically teams are tiered into brackets of four with each bracket winner getting an award.

NOTE: There are no Gold/Silver divisions.  Schedules are done weekly and matched up by records.

NOTE: No Rainout days.  We’ll try to play through weather as safe as we can so the minimal amount of games are lost but it is possible games are lost due to weather.

Baseball Details

Season Dates: September 10 – October 8, 2023

Ages: 9u – 15u (Next years level)

Games: Games are on Sundays at 10am, 12pm, 2pm or 4pm.

Location: TBD based upon division teams and host team locations

Deadline: 8/3

The MBL will provide Jerseys and Caps for your players, the registration fee is $120 per player (players pay individually).

If we get enough players at a level to form our own Lake City team we register a team in the league.
