Welcome to our community effort! It's often said that it takes a village to raise a child, and nowhere is this truer than in the realm of youth sports within a small community. Each season, the Lake City Youth Softball & Baseball Association (LCYSBA) strives to offer the best programs for our young athletes in the greater Lake City area. Your willingness to fill out this form demonstrates your commitment to our community's youth.

Coaching offers one of the most fulfilling opportunities to make a difference. By volunteering your time, you not only enhance a child's abilities in sports but also contribute significantly to their personal growth. Your involvement has the potential to impact their lives profoundly.

Coaching Experience & Preferences

Please select one or many of the items below to give us an idea of your level of experience.
Please select what sport you could coach or help with. Selecting multiple is okay and you will not be obligated to anything more than what you want to do. It is just to get a better picture of the experience we have out there.
Please select the level of involvement you would prefer. Select as many as you feel you are equipped to help with. This does not mean you will have to do all of them, it is merely to see where we are at for each age group for resources.

Did you get a background check in 2023 through LCYSBA/USA Softball -or- have you taken one for school in the last 2 years?
If we were to put together an order form for some coaches apparel, would you be interested in purchasing? Trying to get a read on the level of interest.
We will be having our coaches meeting on Sunday April 21st at 5:30 PM. Please indicate whether you can attend or not.
